Terms and Conditions
This document aims to provide the general terms and conditions of our online booking service on-line booking. The use of these services implies full and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of these terms and conditions. This service is designed to reserve rooms or bungalows at The Suites at The San Roque Club.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations are confirmed and guaranteed by a credit card or deposit. Methods that are accepted as a guarantee include: credit card, company cheque, travellers cheque, cash. Deposit, or a pre-approved booking through a travel agent.
Cancellation Policy and No show
Any room cancellations must be made by 12 noon local time, the day prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room charge. In case of no show, the Suites hotel without prior notice will charge the cost of the first night inclusive of VAT.
Group reservation cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival time and are subject to a 15% charge of the total estimated group amount.
Group reservation cancellations made within 14 days of your first arrival will result in a total forfeiture of your deposit.
Payment
Payments to The Suites are to be made on the date(s) and in the amounts to be calculated as specified at the time of booking or outlined in contracts made. If any services under the contract are varied prior to arrival then the payment made will reflect the latest details contained in the written details of The Suites.
Rates
Prices are only valid in writing and during the period specified therein. Where there are justifiable reasons, The Suites reserve the right to change these rates without notice. Prices on the reservation will be indicated during the booking process and will include the corresponding VAT.
Room Availability
Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed unless previously requested and agreed.
Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 3pm on the arrival date.
Rooms must be vacated no later than 12noon on the day of departure.
Extra Beds
Extra beds are available at 28€ per night inclusive of breakfast and VAT. We are delighted to provide baby cots for children up to two years of age with our compliments.
Meal Plan
All rates are on a Room and breakfast basis unless otherwise stated.
Online Security
